Pink Pearls + Brunch will graciously exchange an item if the item you purchased is defective. Returns for defective items will only be accepted three days after delivery of the item. In that case, the item will be fully examined, and you will be notified via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defective item. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product if it is in stock. If the returned item is not in stock we will issue a refund.

With the exception of Pink Pearls + Brunch Pink Label unless otherwise noted all orders ship within 7-14 business days via USPS first class mail, please confirm your shipping address to prevent shipping delays or loss. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered during checkout. No modifications to sizing or shipping can be made after orders are in queue and processing. 

Shipping confirmations including tracking numbers are emailed when orders have been shipped. Once an order is placed, shipping information can not be changed under any circumstance.

Pink Pearls + Brunch is not responsible for shipping delays caused by unpredictable weather, natural disasters or general delays on the part of the shipper.

Pink Pearls + Brunch is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments or packages.

PP+B only ships within the U.S.

The state of Wsiconsin and Virginia requires Pink Pearls + Brunch to charge sales tax to any order shipped to a Wisconsin  or Virginia address.
